If you're looking for a quick sweet treat that comes in a small/single serve you'll love this. (or if you have no self control like me)
This only requires a small amount of ingredients and it means nothing goes to waste. Yes it will leave you wanting more but it'll satisfy your sweet cravings :)
This made 4 mini sized bars for me. You can use almond flour or almond meal.

RECIPE:
1/2 cup almonds (65g) 2 tbsp peanut butter (50g) 1 tbsp maple syrup (25g)
Dark choc to melt (approx 40g)
1. In a blender, process the almonds down into a flour.
2. Add to a bowl with the peanut butter and maple syrup - it helps to melt the peanut butter a little first so its runny.
3. Mix ingredients until it sticks together. Press into a lined container - if you want it to be thicker use a really small container. Put in the freezer for 30 mins.
4. Remove from the freezer. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle on top. Enjoy!
Store in a container in the fridge.
