4 ingredient choc pb cups

Updated: Jul 1, 2020

These delicious treats are super quick and easy to make (they only took me about 10 minutes)

Layers of peanut butter, topped with coconut and coated in creamy dark chocolate. Such a tasty treat and you can mix in some protein powder with the peanut butter if you'd like to make a protein snack :) I used silicone cupcake liners but you can also use some paper ones.

Who wants to give these a try?

RECIPE

2 cups dark chocolate chips (halved) 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1 tbsp maple syrup Water as needed Cupcake liners (I used silicone ones)

1️. Melt half the chocolate in microwave and spoon into each cupcake liner. Use a brush to brush the chocolate upward covering the sides of the liners. Set in the fridge or freezer for a couple of mins. 2️. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave (optional step, add protein powder for a protein treat!) remove cupcake liners and spoon peanut butter into each. Return to fridge or freezer for a few mins. 3️. In a small bowl mix the coconut and maple syrup. Very slowly add small amounts of water while mixing until the coconut sticks together. Remove cupcake liners and spoon coconut on top, press it down with the back of a spoon. Return to freezer for a few mins. 4️. Melt the rest of the dark chocolate. Remove cupcake liners and pour the rest of the chocolate on top, covering each. Set in the fridge for 30 mins and enjoy!
