5 ingredient bliss balls

These 5 ingredient bliss balls are raw, vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. They're so easy to make, they only took me 10 mins to prepare. You can use any protein powder of your choice, I used @180nutrition Organic Hemp Plus.


They're perfect as a healthy snack between meals, before a workout or after dinner.



Recipe:


1 cup raw almonds

4 or 5 medjool dates

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1 scoop hemp protein powder


1. Add the almonds to a food processor and process until they’re broken down into small pieces. 2. Add the hemp powder, dates, chia seeds and 1 tbsp of the desiccated coconut (keep the rest for the coating) process until the ingredients are well combined into a sticky texture . 3. Roll mixture into balls and then coat them with the coconut. Place onto a tray and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
