choc brownie bites

These choc brownie bites are bliss! Vegan, no bake, refined sugar free and absolutely delicious. They're so quick to make and make a great treat to keep in the fridge on a warm day. The protein powder is optional, I used my favourite choc hazelnut protein. You can use a vanilla or any flavour you like.

RECIPE:

Makes 10

1 1/2 cups pitted dates (approx 230g or 12 dates)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 serve protein powder

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup pecans

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup peanut butter

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender. I like to soak the dates in warm water for 30 mins to help soften them up.

  2. Blend together until sticky. Roll into smooth balls with your hands.

  3. Roll to coat in some cocoa powder. Store in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Enjoy!
