DROP what you're doing and make these deliciously sweet choc caramel drops. They're no bake and are filled with my favourite caramel sauce from Nature's Charm although you can also fill them with your favourite nut butter. I love adding protein powder to raw treats so I used some chocolate protein but you can leave it out if you don't want to use it.
You can whip these up in minutes, set them in the fridge and they're ready to go.

RECIPE:
makes approx. 8 serves
60g rolled oats
60g almond meal
33g choc protein powder (1 serve)
5g cocoa powder for extra colour
45g maple syrup
15g coconut oil
1 tbsp water
+ 1/4 cup caramel for filling
1️ In a blender combine the ingredients and mix together until it’s sticky.
2️ Use your hands to roll the mixture into balls. Slightly flatten with your hands or the base of a glass.
3️ Press your thumb into the middle of each and press along to sides to make a space in the middle.
4️ Spoon some caramel sauce into the middle of each and sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts (optional) set in the fridge for minimum 2 hours.
Store in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
