Enjoy the taste of Palestine with these soft pillowy zaatar bites. They're herby, zesty and have so much flavour. I like to enjoy these as a breakfast on the go or with a cup of tea or coffee. You can find zaatar in some supermarkets otherwise in middle eastern grocery stores.
It's such a tasty herb and you can sprinkle it on anything - pastas, soups, pizzas and sandwiches. Give these a try if you love the taste of zaatar :)

Combine the dry yeast with warm water & sugar. Stir and let it sit for 5 mins to thicken. 2️. Once thickened transfer to a large bowl and add the flour, olive oil and salt. Mix together to form a soft dough. Knead for a minute or two and form into a ball. 3️.
