If you're looking for a super easy and quick no bake dessert, this is it! These are ridiculously delicious so a double batch is probably encouraged :) Just mix together the ingredients and set them in the freezer, they're ready in under an hour.
This makes 6 small cups (I used a mini muffin silicone pan)
For the base:
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp water
+ 1/3 cup melted biscoff spread
+ 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
1️ In a bowl combine the oat flour, almond meal, coconut oil, maple syrup and water. Mix until it sticks together and press into a silicone pan. Freeze for 5 mins while you melt biscoff.
2️ Melt the biscoff in a microwave. Remove base from the freezer and spoon the biscoff into the middle of each cup. Return to freezer for 10-15 mins.
3️ Melt the chocolate. Remove each cup from the silicone tray. Dip the top of each into the melted chocolate. Store in a container in the fridge and enjoy!
These go quick so a double batch is even better :)
