If you like a nutty flavour in treats you’ll love these! They’re such a tasty sweet snack and they take no time to prepare. I make them in less than 30 mins and they are ready to set and eat. They are such an easy option for a mid week snack and perfect on warm days as you can enjoy them cold right from the fridge.

RECIPE
Makes 8 small serves
Base:
1/2 cup tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 cup almond meal
Middle:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
Top:
Sprinkled pecans 2 tbsp dark chocolate melted
1️ Press into loaf pan and place in the freezer for 5 mins while you prepare the next layer.
2️ Melt the peanut butter and mix together with the maple syrup and coconut oil until smooth. Pour on top of the base layer and smooth it out.
3️ Top with the pecans and return to freezer for 15 mins to harden.
4️ Melt the dark chocolate. Remove slice from freezer and pour chocolate over the top. Return to freezer for another 30 mins to set.
Cut into slices and store in a container in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Enjoy!
