vanilla toffee blonides

These vanilla toffee blondies are so quick and easy to make and sooo tasty. You can whip up this quick dessert at home in no time! I used a vanilla toffee flavored protein powder, you can a different flavored protein powder if you like OR skip the protein all together and make these blondies with a classic vanilla flavour.




Recipe:

1 cup plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1 scoop protein powder - I used vanilla toffee flavour

1/2 cup soy milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup cacao butter, melted

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup chocolate chips


1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees celsius.

2. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients - milk, apple cider vinegar, cacao butter, coconut oil and leave the chocolate chips last. Once you have mixed everything together to form a thick mixture, fold in the choc chips.

3. Transfer mix to a square lined baking dish and smooth is over with a spoon.

4. Bake for about 20 to 25 mins until a toothpick or skewer comes out clean. Cool and then cut into desired pieces.
